Global Resource Hunting
Filling resources need for temporary and permanent staffing
Conducting screening of international recruitment through emails, calls, zoom meetings
Strong coordination with project team on daily basis to meet the need of technical staff requirement.
Making plans and finding best strategies to hunt best resources globally.
Advertising the job and posting it to multiple channels to attract new talent to fulfill the needs of task management.
Coordinating schedules and arranging technical interviews
Maintaining company database in reference to the international resources and continuosly working on expanding this database with valuable IT personnel
Building and maintaining good relation with existing and new temporary and permanent international technical persons
Any other assigned task
