• Communication with international clients on account of new and scheduled tasks
  • Understanding the requirement of the client
  • Resource allocation for the completion of a project/task
  • Budgeting/Negotiation to win the best prices for the accomplishment of the task with technical persons
  • Excellent Coordination with internal IT team to get the ticket completed
