Responsible for School Admin work.

Ensure proper course plan implementation.

Monthly periodically teachers performance review.

Hiring and training teachers.

Conflict resolutions.

Managing all departments of the school.

Responsible for planning and implementing programs.

Monitoring progress of teachers.

Yearly events planning.

Coordinating in-school placement arrangements.

Planning and preparing teaching and learning activities.

Periodical test and exams material preparation Motivating students to develop their ability and aspiration to learn.

Coordinating regular communication with parents regarding their children's progress.

Supervising and managing children both inside and outside the classroom.
