  • Taking care of the Non-Carbonated Beverage Business for the entire Franchise i-e Aquafina, Slice and Sting
  • Increasing availability across different channels as per the designed availability matrix, hence contributing towards the horizontal growth
  • Designing Trade Plans for the entire category of NCBs
  • Providing desired growth for NCBs by taking corrective measures
  • Designing RTM and GTM strategies where required for the betterment of NCB Business
  • Looking after the primary and secondary sales for the company and the distributor respectively
  • Introduced availability matrix for the respective channels for NCBs
