o Coordinate closely with the Product, Marketing, Key Accounts & Sales Teams as well as Brand and Commercial team at the Company side to develop, plan, budget, produce and implement all in store activities, including point of sales materials and effective promotion communication
o Monitor initiatives/executions being taken by other FMCGs at Retail level through Market Visits & insights
o Supports local teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives, while ensuring the desired product benefits and brand values/equity are properly communicated
o Ensure executions in collaboration with Key Accounts Team for At Home market, away from home & travel in order to maximize visibility on all platforms
o Monitor available Shelf Space and Point of Interruptions (In the Agreements) with the Key Customers
o Regular Tracking of Modern Trade Budget and aim for return on investment through incremental volume growth
o Manage all trade marketing responsibilities and implement trade promotion executions, plan to achieve campaign objective and execution excellence.
o Control BTL & Publicity budget spending and evaluate achievement of trade promotion program.
o Develop POSM for promotion campaign and develop fixture or secondary display to increase in store visibility by following marketing communications guideline.
o Responsible for all new product launch, portfolio management, trade presentation, trade letters.
o Handle all administrative tasks in trade marketing function such as PR, PO & WO etc.
o Capability building of regional sales teams for excellence in merchandising.
o Selection and development of Trade Marketing vendor for smart and cost effective solutions.
o Improvement of Visual merchandising on Key Accounts including Local and Modern Trade.
o Negotiation and selection of vendors for store merchandising.
o Coordinating with third party for execution of on-store merchandising.
o Relationship building with all key accounts
o Identification and verification of merchandising opportunities at all trade outlets
