We are looking for a competent Personal Assistant to Director Finance. You will be the one to organize and maintain the schedule and assist by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Report Analysis on behalf of Director Finance.
Liaison with other Departments.
Assistance in Corporate, Legal and Financial Matters of Director Finance.
Minutes of Meetings.
Office Administration.
Must have Good communication skills & presentable personality.
Must have Finance knowledge/background.
