- Arranging/Rescheduling meetings for the CEO/HODs.
- Collating daily agendas/supporting documents for the CEO.
- Attending meetings, taking minutes, and raising action.
- Approving timesheets/expenses/leave for all direct reports of the CEO.
- Setting up video conferences and sending out reminder links to attendees.
- Collating the monthly whereabouts of HODs and adding them to the CEO’s calendar.
- Placing orders for various items on behalf of the CEO and other staff members.
- Completing administrative tasks regarding our Office Supplies process.
- Organizing Dinners/Events at the CEO’s request.
- Approving invoices for the CEO’s float account.
- Accomplishing administrative projects to support the needs of the business
- Taking internal and external phone calls/messages and following through accordingly
- Managing the calendars of the CEO and Heads of the Department
