- Conducting regular evaluation tests of crew staff for their promotions and performance management.
- Conducting different activities within the restaurant for employee motivation both at management and non-management level.
- Monthly analysis of team retention and turnover against budgets. Monitoring and developing strategies for retention.
- ·Identifying training and development needs within an organization through Training need analysis (TNA), job analysis and regular consultation with business managers and human resource department.
- Designing and developing training and development programs based on both on the restaurant and individual needs.
- Considering the cost of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training and development program which is becoming increasingly important.
- Producing training materials for in-house materials.
- Managing the delivery of training and development programs and devising a training strategy for the organization.
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussion with the managers.
- Evaluating the training and development programs through pre and post training evaluation.
- Amending and revising the programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes taking place in the work environment.
- Helping line managers and trainers to solve specific training problems either on one to one basis or in a group.
- Keeping up to date with the developments in training.
- Understanding and adapting e-learning techniques.
