• Provides support to the HR teams on ERP related issues.
  • Resolves ERP matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Creates necessary reports from ERP as per requirement of the local HR teams and any other departmental requirement
  • Liaise with ERP support team on regular basis and identify and report findings of end user needs/issues.
  • Initiate efforts and procedures to maintain data integrity, troubleshoot and recommend solutions.
  • Solicit feedback and identify overall needs of ERP end users. Prepare and distribute timely and appropriate ERP communications. Serve as lead resource for input and maintenance of the ERP.
  • Seek out new opportunities to promote ERP functionality via best practices locally and internationally.
  • Develop and conduct in-house ERP training programs to end users.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date end-user training manuals and materials.
  • Establish and maintain up-to-date ERP functional departmental documentation, standard operating procedures, as well a comprehensive ERP reports library.
  • Act as a liaison between the functional group and IT group.
  • Participate in the testing of new reports, processes, etc. and provide testing results to appropriate resources.
  • Actively participate and make contributions in team meetings and one-on-one meetings.
  • Prepare presentations and act as a focal person on ERP related matters.
  • Accurately maintain the HR Information database by generating periodic reports and identify incorrect entries, missing data etc. and ensure completion of employee profiles in ERP in all cases.
  • Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office.
  • Plan periodic visits to hotel properties and provide necessary support on ERP related matters.
