职位介绍

  1. Prepare and dispatch invoices of clients.       
  2. Make timely entries of collection of checks into the system.
  3. Assist the head of department in recovery of accounts.
  4. Keep proper files of each client in good condition.
  5. Maintain the necessary agreements of each client.
  6. Prepare ageing report of clients.
  7. Ensure entries are properly booked in city/guest ledger
  8. Coordinate with the other departments in daily transactions.
  9. Prepare reconciliation of accounts.
  10. Liaison with internal/external audit team.
  11. Any other assignment given by the head of department
