Management Trainee Officer Human Resource Department

The ideal candidate is passionate to excel his career in human resource management. This position deals with a wide range of responsibilities related to compliance, recruiting, onboarding and compensation & benefits.

Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing talent as per the Hiring Plan from different platforms.
Conduct initial interviews by applying suitable interviewing techniques for shortlisting the candidates.
Assist in hiring activities like organizing recruitment drives, open days and career fairs.
New hire onboarding and orientation.
Coordinating with internal & external training by maintaining records & feedbacks.
Maintaining and updating employee record both through filing and soft form.
Update and maintain HR records for all employees both online and hard copy documents.
Assists in HR related tasks assigned by the manager.
