- Assist in hiring activities like organizing recruitment drives, open days and career fairs.
- New hire on-boarding and orientation.
- Coordinating with internal & external training by maintaining records & feedback.
- Maintaining and updating employee record both through filing and soft form.
- Update and maintain Training records for all employees both online and hard copy documents.
- Assists in HR related tasks assigned by the manager.
- Responsible for conducting general employee/trainees orientation to the company and hotel
- Performs related duties and assists training manager in special projects as assigned
- Assists the Training Manager to organize the training programs in property arranged by corporate office.
- Works with Training Manager to develop, co-ordinate and maintain a suite of in-house training courses, workshops etc to be delivered on a rolling programme, including induction and management skills courses.Works with Training manager to develop and maintain hotel’s training library and coordinates acquisitions with training departments.
- Assists Training manager to deliver in-house training courses, sessions and workshops and support delivery by head office when necessary.
- Assists Training Manager to deliver and coordinate English Language Classes for the employees.
