Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop & Manage interactive MIS Systems.
Develop, Manage & Administering publishing of different Web Applications in use over the internet.
Develop & Manage the Web Sites and Web Portals.
Provide real time support to internal staff/departments in Head Office and Field Office on day-to-day MIS related queries, performance gaps etc.
Ensure end to end system efficiency that includes MIS.
Ensure monthly reports and any data reports to management.
Manages and troubleshoots Virtual Infrastructure for Server Managements.
Manages and administers Virtual Private Servers (VPS) dealing with IT Incidents, Service Requests, Change Management, Problem Management & Release Management processes within ITIL framework.
Manages SSL certificates for website, web applications and security over the internet.
Recognizes isolates and resolves complex technical problems independently.
Communicates technical knowledge to end users at all levels.
Monitors real-time resource utilization of server-side infrastructure.

Team Management, Communication, and effectiveness:

Impart management of highest level that includes key success areas of simplicity, honesty, easy to approach, walk the talk, open communication & feedback.
Develop and implement staff development plan on given competencies in MIS.
Ensure different simple techniques are implemented to manage team at all levels including involvement of team members in different strategies, clear roles and responsibilities with accountability, clear understanding of team member on his/her roles, expected outcomes, minimum standards of excellence.
Provide coaching to team members as a regular learning process to improve individual as well as department performance.
To do regular maintenance checks in all servers, switches, routers, and other connectivity devices.

Experience:

Have excellent understanding and proven knowledge of SQL server databases Designing, Maintenance, Store procedures, functions, database replication and job execution.
Experience required more than 5 years.
Have knowledge of CSS (bootstrap), HTML, JavaScript and jquery.
Have excellent knowledge of RESTFUL API, ASP.NET MVC 3/4, C# and VB.NET.
Have excellent knowledge of go-daddy services.
Have excellent knowledge of Management of Servers on go-daddy hosting.
Have knowledge of how web application is deploying on IIS server.
Have knowledge of registering window-based services by using C#.
