Work cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and admin, to plan and implement projects.
Perform targeted analyses to identify issue root causes when performance targets are not met.
Devise strategies and develop tools to assist business teams in reaching performance goals and agreed targets.
Work with business teams to implement these tools and strategies via end-to-end projects with clear scope, milestones, and success criteria.
Design a framework for assessing the viability and monitoring the success of technology improvement projects.
