• Development and management of Human Resource policies for the entire company.
  • Development of high performance culture by ensuring quality, productivity, goal attainment, and ongoing development of employees.
  • Develop succession plan and to groom employees to shoulder higher management responsibilities.
  • Develop organizational development plans as per need.
  • Ensures compliance / implementation of Human Resource policies and service rules.
  • Ensure the implementation of strategies of all domains (Recruiting and Selection, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Employee Development, Employee Training, Compensation and Benefits).
  • Establish measurement systems to objectively evaluate the performance of employees and link same with compensation package including increments, other incentives and rewards etc.
  • Organize Human Resources to meet immediate needs and to plan for developing talent for the future.
  • Take active part in forecasting the pressing needs of Human Resources and develop action plans for implementation, with the help of Markets Salary Survey.
  • Propose financial incentives and other schemes that encourage enhanced performance.
  • Visit plants on regular basis for identification of issues regarding HR matters and develop reports on visits identifying problems & purposing action plans for their solution.
