• Develop an inclusive strategic plan and strategy by collaborating with the leadership team, Board, and Directors.
  • Develop and review business and financial strategy that includes short term, medium term and long-term plans, this will also include risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting. Further ensure that approved plans are properly implemented.
  • Develop P&L forecasts and budgets based on trends, business decisions, sales input and interaction with cross functional business partners.
  • Oversee departmental work ensuring development of more efficient and effective procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy. 
  • Create ad-hoc analyzes to drive business strategy, improve efficiency, and maximize ROI.
  • Create financial models and scenarios as a key input for business planning decisions in areas such as capital deployment, sourcing, product development, marketing strategies, and acquisitions.
  • Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth & margin expansion.
  • Suggest new business initiatives, making feasibilities and identify investment sources available. Leading new projects and teams.
  • Collaborating with financial team to develop a capital plan in line with the strategy.
  • Analyzing market dynamics, market share changes, product line performance, and competitive intelligence.
  • Identifying key capital projects, joint ventures, potential M&A targets, and other strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Identifying strategic risks and coordinating Risk Committee affairs. Able to perform risk assessment and evaluation for company. Establishing the level of risk, the company are willing to take. Preparing risk management and insurance budgets.
  • Communicating strategy effectively throughout the company.
  • Monitoring execution of business initiatives.
  • Identify, develop and oversee launch of new development projects for business expansion.
  • Use best practices to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management activities.
  • Coach teams on process improvement practices and drive behavior change needed for adoption of new/changed processes.
  • Ensure smooth and accurate implementation of existing ERP modules and plan future developments as per needs of the company.
  • Conduct performance meetings with immediate staff and ensure performance evaluations on quarterly basis. Evaluate subordinates on merit as per the KPI achievements and attributes.
  • Ensure training and development of staff through formal and informal training, coaching, counseling and mentoring.
  • Do final selection interview of staff needed to be hired in strategy team.
  • Undertake any other tasks related to sales assigned by senior management.
