- Follow office work flow procedures to ensure maximum efficiancy.
- Maintain files & records with effective filing systems.
- Support other teams with various administrative taks.
- Greet & assist visitors when they arrive at office.
- Monitor office expenditure and handle all office contracts.
- Assist in vendor relationship managment.
