We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, and business development, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals to help our company grow.
Responsibilities:
- Generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals to help our company grow.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification Graduation (BA, B.COM, BBA or equivalent degree)
- Freshly graduated from a well reputed institution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Details:
- Entry level position
- Fixed basic allowance plus commission
