The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.

They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain HR strategy within the organization
Ensure provision of professional HR service to the organization.
Ensure timely recruitment of required level of management and other staff.
Develop creative strategies for Employee Retention.
Provide active support in the selection process as per corporate standard.
Ensure Corporate Branding in recruitment webs and advertisements.
Coordinate with CEO for increments and promotions of all staff.
Ensure appropriate corporate communication at all staff levels.
Maintain and develop leading edge of HR systems and processes in relation to performance management, staff induction, reward and recognition and compensation / benefit programs.
Update personnel records.
Graduates from IOB, SZABIST and IBA will be preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience ( specialization in HR)
2-3+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
