- Communicating and secure the technical/quality aspects in new product development.
- Giving colors, printing, and fabric finishing & packing approvals.
- Sample chasing, checking (sizing measurement, quality compliance), validation & sending.
- Communicating and secure changes in product requirements.
- Review the customer’s perceived quality and initiate actions and follow up on the corrective actions.
- Devising, establishing & communicate a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications;
- looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency;
- Ensure timely & proper execution of all order processes in order to achieve in time shipment of all buyers.
