Key Areas of Responsibilities

You will be responsible to lead the recruitment activities like internal hiring and also liaison between the department and the outsourcing companies.
Develop recruitment strategy on the basis of the organization's objectives
You will plan and implement Full-Lifecycle Recruiting and Sourcing operations
Strong coordination with the business unites to identify and connect with qualified candidates
You will be leading the hiring, training and development of all the employees in the Recruitment Department
You will advise hiring managers on long term and short term recruitment plan
You will create and enable initiatives that can add value to the Recruitment Department
Develop cross-departmental cooperation to meet Talent needs.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree
2-3 year of experience preferably in HR Domain
Good Communication skills
Ability to work in face paced work Environment.
