Key Areas of Responsibilities                 

  • You will be responsible to lead the recruitment activities like internal hiring and also liaison between the department and the outsourcing companies.
  • Develop recruitment strategy  on the basis of the organization's objectives
  • You will plan and implement Full-Lifecycle Recruiting and Sourcing operations
  • Strong coordination with the business unites to identify and connect with qualified candidates
  • You will be leading the hiring, training and development of all the employees in the Recruitment Department
  • You will advise hiring managers on long term and short term recruitment plan
  • You will create and enable initiatives that can add value to the Recruitment Department
  • Develop cross-departmental cooperation to meet Talent needs.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree
  • 2-3 year of experience preferably in HR Domain
  • Good Communication skills
  • Ability to work in face paced work Environment.
