HITECH is looking for a Female Corporate Communication Executive in the electrical contractor Industry.

The desired candidate must be responsible for greeting clients.

You will be responsible for contacting employees regarding client’s queries, answering phones and taking messages, and delivering to the relevant employee.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and intermediate level skills of graphic designing.

Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients with a positive, helpful attitude.
Announcing clients as necessary.
Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary to the relevant person in the company.
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
Taking messages from the clients & deliver them to the management.
Provide excellent customer service.
Scheduling appointments.
A candidate who has working experience in graphic designing is a plus.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good time management skills.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.

Note: Timings of this job will be from 9 AM till 5 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs30,000.00 – Rs40,000.00 per month
