- Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company
- Use financial modeling to simulate financial scenarios
- Present potential scenarios and outcomes to management team
- Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents
- Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies
- Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles
- Create and maintain metrics and monthly reporting for leadership
- Work with production team to reconcile projects
- Work with business leads to track revenue projections and actuals
- Review data for reporting to ensure accuracy
- Reviewing and maintain client and company contracts
- Serve as a second set of eyes for our bookkeeper who will be responsible for
- General day-to-day bookkeeping including paying bills, processing receivables and reconciling bank and credit card statements
- Oversee expense report approvals
- Maintain payroll and benefit records
