We at Homeland Enterprises-Indoor sales are looking for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented (Real Estate) Sales Representatives to contribute in generating sales for our company. (Only serious candidates apply and read the job description carefully)
You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the telephone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about new products or services using scripts.
- Answer queries from customers about product or companies
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Generate new prospects and leads. Enter and update customer information into the database.
- Take and process order inaccurate manner. Go to “Extra Mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales as well.
- Keep a record of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service roles.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products/services and explaining it to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Candidate with Bachelors/Masters in Marketing is preferable.
- Candidates with 1 Year of Experience in Real estate marketing are preferred
