Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an Account Executive to join the team that will play a critical role in rapidly expanding our B2B clientele for our new software. The ideal candidate will have had a proven successful track record in sales and will have a passion for connecting clients with our software to fit their dispatching needs. We are focused on bringing speed and efficiency to our clients through new technology and services while putting our clients first, working hard, and collaborating across the company to bring the best software to the market.
On a daily basis, you will interact with clients and your role is to drive revenue growth by identifying and selling new accounts while also utilizing industry data to generate business and run demonstrations.
· Ability to become a subject matter expert on software sales for our software and encourage clients to evaluate their needs
· Articulate the value of the software service to the existing client base and continue to expand the business with warm/cold leads
· Independently create detailed business plans to facilitate business growth and revenue
· Ability to utilize industry data trends to generate new business opportunities and revenue growth
· Learn and execute proven prospecting and sales processes to generate and close new sales opportunities
· Establish relationships with decision-makers in target accounts to understand business needs
· Run new business appointments to demonstrate software for prospective clients
· Partner closely with the Client to strengthen the client relationship and increase retention
· Follow up-to book meetings with leads that are generated by the marketing team
· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working within software sales is required
· Must have proven B2B sales experience
· Must have proven track record in sales and gaining new business accounts
· Highly organized displays time management skills
· Effectively communicate industry-specific knowledge
· Highly motivated, self-starter that is able to work independently while also being a team player
· Able to thrive and adapt in a growing and ever-changing environment
· The candidate must have his own bike.
· Competitive ve base salary plus monthly with the commission on achieving sales target.
