- To execute the site survey and assessment and to submit the report to management
- To undertake technical and feasibility studies of the project
- To develop and check technical designs and drawing to ensure that they are being followed correctly
- To oversee the work in progress on projects in order to ensure that timelines, budgets and project specification are being met
- To ensure site equipment and procedures comply with health and safety standards
- To develop a cordial relationship with vendors and property owners and to keep them updated regarding project
