• To support in maintaining Brand cleanliness standards for both rooms and public areas and inspects them to ensure that standards are met
  • To support in training of staff in all aspects of housekeeping, including guest services
  • To assist in administrating guest satisfaction inspection procedures and reports
  • To maintains key control and lost-and-found, and ensures staff is trained to follow correct procedures for both
  • To plans and assists supervisors in developing work schedules and room assignments with minimum disruption to guests
  • To meet or exceed hotel guest satisfaction measures
  • To ensure, hotel standard and services contribute to the delivery of consistent guest service
  • To assist in maintaining guest service as the driving philosophy of the hotel
  • To personally demonstrates a commitment to guest service by responding promptly to guest needs with an interest and concern in satisfying every guest
  • Develops added value customer service programs regarding housekeeping services
