Duties
- Ability to design and develop strategic initiatives based on a continuous improvement model
- To conduct gap analysis in order to suggest working conditions improvement plan
- Provide quality, value added advisory services in HRD
- Conducting internal audit of HR processes, procedures and practices
- Well versed with HR functions & updates
- Propose new ideas to maintain human capital
- Employer Branding
- Coordination with University placement offices & entertaining Industrial visits
- Responsible for initial Final Interview & On Boarding orientation of employees
- Supervision of HR Operations matters
- Identifying the necessary improvements in HRIS
- Supervision of Health and Life Insurance Claims
