- Monitoring of Data Center Infrastructure & Environment Alerts.Physical Monitoring of Servers, SAN, Data Communication & Security Equipment & UPS’S
- Monitoring of Servers, Databases & Data Communication & Links Health Status & Logs, escalation of reported errors & Failures with relevant team.
- Coordination with visiting vendor engineer for problem diagnostic/troubleshooting of equipment and replacement of parts.
- Complaint Logging & Coordination with Data Center SLA vendor
- Visiting engineer on resolving reported faults/failures of Data Center Infrastructure equipment and Environment Alerts.
