Project Coordinator

Hiring Project Coordinator for Malaysia's Largest VOIP Service Provider. It all started in 2004 when Malaysia and AKD Ventures (Formerly known as TMT Ventures Pvt. Ltd) joined hands together to form this company in Pakistan (previously known as AKN Messaging Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd.) with a mission to provide state of the art technology to its clients and partners and go beyond the unthinkable.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.

• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes

• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives

• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management

• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve

• Help prepare budgets

• Analyze risks and opportunities

• Can coordinate with offshore stakeholders

• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

• Work with the PMO to eliminate impediments

• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports

• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

• Must be familiar with the project management tools like Jira, MS project, etc.

• Must be familiar with the concept of prototyping & wire framing

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role

• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery

• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, Gantt chart, schedules, and step-by-step action plans

• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control

• Must have Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Experience in Agile/Scrum will be plus
