Managing the workload of content and engineering team

Ensuring QA Before Release
Communication & Goal Clarity sessions with team
Plan team lunches after successfully completing the quarter
Demos of Features
Making sure everyone is productive and have everything need to complete a task in time
Making sure everyone is on track of his/her sprint
Understanding business and product requirements and communicating with team in best way possible
Participate in the team planning and goal planning to produce the best results with overall goal in mind.
