Job Description:
- Leading Project Planning Session
- Coordinating staff & Internal resources
- Managing project progress & adapt work as required
- Ensuring project meet deadline
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Designing and signing off on contracts
- Overseeing all incoming & outgoing project documentation
- Participating in the tender process i.e. design, submission & review
- Designing risk mitigation plan
- Conducting project review & creating detailed reports for executive staff
- Optimizing & improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
