Project Manager

Hiring for a global mix of software engineers, tech geeks, and designers who create web apps with you and for you. They like to keep things simple by using off-the-shelf tools and minimal code to deliver fully functional apps within days.

Whether you need a quick MVP or a production-grade tool with database and API integrations, they have got it all covered.

They use no/low code tools to speed up development without compromising on quality. They are absolutely not wedded to a platform as it is just a means to an end. Their client’s requirements and specifications will dictate what platform is the most suitable. They don't hesitate to jump into code where necessary.

So far, they have designed several SaaS, Web, and Mobile apps. Their core technology is in a bubble but they intend to do more cutting-edge stuff in the near future.

Job Description:

Work closely across the development team to ensure that project goals are moving in the right direction and collaborate with clients to achieve their project goals
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Clarify incoming feature requests/bug reports if there is confusion.
Performing requirements analysis and estimation.
Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Must have skills:

English communication (both written and verbal)
Eye for detail
Experience working with Technical Teams
Experience communicating with clients
Experience with Web applications
Experience with project management tools e.g. ClickUp/Asana etc. (we use Clickup)
