SEO Team Lead

Responsibilities:

Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy
Will be responsible for onsite technical SEO strategy and will partner with our internal development team to implement and oversee all technical SEO initiatives.
Identify opportunities for traffic growth across core areas of litter-robot.com and litterbox.com, such as site infrastructure, keyword selection, on-page factors, and scalable content.
Build and prioritize the SEO roadmap based on estimated opportunity, level of effort, and risk to help Litter-Robot acquire new customers through organic search.
Track and report on top keywords, monthly changes, and opportunities for growth. Working alongside our performance team, this candidate will use paid insights to help inform organic keyword opportunities.
Will work closely with our content team to design an ongoing content strategy that best aligns with the SEO lead’s goals.
Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
Collaborate with web developers and marketing team
Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices

Requirements:

8+ years of experience as SEO Manager
In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead the team
Good time-management skills
