- Floor greeting and channelizing the customers.
- Opening and closing of counters along with inventory and cash handing over and take over, ensure proper attire and adherence as per SOP.
- To remain abreast on current policies and procedures, promotions and products offered to our customers in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- To ensure highest level of ownership of customer issues and escalations along with strong follow ups and providing feedback to customer.
- To contribute towards new sales, upselling VAS and cross selling targets.
