Responsibilities:
- Support HRBP to execute HR strategic and operational plans for the assigned respective business units.
- Assign to a portfolio of business units as determined by the HRBP.
- Advise employees on HR Policies and Processes.
- Manage off-boarding processes for employees.
- Ensure adoption and compliance to HR Policies and advise line managers on matters related to people management.
- Handle employee exit interviews.
- Manage disciplinary/grievances issues and take appropriate actions Provide administrative support to HRBP w.r.t to the business units.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources or related (essential).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
