Responsibilities:

  • Support HRBP to execute HR strategic and operational plans for the assigned respective business units.
  • Assign to a portfolio of business units as determined by the HRBP.
  • Advise employees on HR Policies and Processes.
  • Manage off-boarding processes for employees.
  • Ensure adoption and compliance to HR Policies and advise line managers on matters related to people management.
  • Handle employee exit interviews.
  • Manage disciplinary/grievances issues and take appropriate actions Provide administrative support to HRBP w.r.t to the business units.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in human resources or related (essential).

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
  • Excellent record-keeping skills.
  • Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
