Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding: The department is often involved in the recruitment process, assisting with job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting background checks. They also play a role in the onboarding process, ensuring that new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.

Benefits and Compensation: Human Resource Client Services may assist employees with questions and concerns related to benefits packages, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. They also provide information and support regarding compensation policies, salary structures, and performance management.

HR Policies and Procedures: The department helps develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. They educate employees on these policies, handle policy-related inquiries, and address any issues that arise.

Training and Development: Human Resource Client Services may coordinate training and development initiatives for employees, identifying skill gaps and organizing relevant workshops or programs. They may also provide resources for professional development and career advancement.
