Position: Sales Executive
Education: Bachelors / Masters (Sales & Marketing)
Experience: 1 - 5 Years of experience in sales.
Job specific skills: Proficient in MS Office, Excellent Communications Skills, Problem Solving, Business Acumen, Learning Agility.
Competencies:Negotiation skills, Team work, Presentation skills, Target oriented, Stress Management, Decision Making.
Salary: 30,000 – 55,000 per Month + Benefits + Commission

Job Description:
- Making irresistible sales pitch to prospective clients.
- Identifying decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
- Penetrating all targeted accounts and radiating sales from within client base.
- Meet project unit sales target.
- Meet daily KPIs for calls and meetings.
- Meet revenue target assigned monthly / quarterly / annually.
- Meeting monthly targets determined by the company.
- Streamlining and optimizing your performance in order to maximize results.
- Generate new leads through exploring new markets and customer segments.
- Building sound, lasting relationships with clients to fuel the company’s growth
- Achieving targets within deadlines.
- Analyzing market trends and prepare tactical plan to achieve assigned targets.
- Regularly following up with existing clients via phone and email to cross-sell and up-sell.
- Keeping clients up-to-date with the latest company and sales information.
- Renewing contracts with clients at set time intervals.
- Maintaining clear client sale records in database.
- Timely submission of all documents of sale to Finance Team after clearance of payment from accounts.
