HRSPL is looking “Territory Sales Officer” for one of its Client.

Position: Territory Sales Officer

Experience: 1 – 2 Years of relevant work experience.

Education: Bachelor’s.

Salary: 30,000 + Fuel Allowance + Mobile Allowance

Job Location: Karachi, Pakistan.

Gender: Male

Job Description:

Ensuring secondary targets are met each month, leading to 100% quarterly and annual achievement.
Strategizing routes with distribution sales team to cover entire assigned territory.
Ensure market credit is kept at a minimum.
Plan marketing activities with the distribution sales team.
Actively engage with end user of the product to understand issues at ground level.
Active reporting of market trends to Area Sales Manager.

Requirements:

Ability to plan and organize.
Excellent Communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills.
People management skills.
Ability to work under stress.
Goal Oriented.
