Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team,
Developing/implementing sales strategies and working with the team to achieve set performance targets,
Coaching the team in on-field settings and guiding it towards adding value to every customer interaction,
Continually assessing sales processes to identify improvement opportunities/efficiencies.
Analyzing sales data for drawing strategy conclusions.
Maintain relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
Meet with clients who need specialized attention or who are experiencing a difficult situation. They also assist sales agents who need guidance with client meetings and communication.
Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
Set individual sales targets with sales team.
Work on sales scripts with agents.
Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
Plan and direct sales team training.
Control expenses and monitor budgets.
