• Assist with all Retail Sales, Marketing and Operations functions across South Region
  • Work to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets and at the same time optimize inventory at stores
  • Train and motivate all sales staff for maximizing sales and achieve efficiency
  • Interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews
  • Dealing with staffing issues such as roster, shuffling and transfers
  • Providing and organizing staff training and development
  • Ensure that all sales staff is properly dressed, attentive and regular
  • Ensure discipline, ethics and transparency in the field
  • Responsible for controlling store operating expenses as per policy laid by management
  • Ensure best store ambience, hygiene & safety, visual merchandising and customer service
  • Oversee regular updating the visual merchandising, product is properly displayed, prices are visible and all visuals are up to date and properly displayed
  • Ensure that all marketing and POS activities are implemented as per standards
  • Handle customer complaints to maximize customer satisfaction (train team members to handle complaints in the best way possible)
  • Monitor and ensure timely completion of fit-out & renovation work of stores as per required standard
  • Provide timely stock demand to Merchandising, Planning & Supply chain team for timely supply of required stocks
  • Continuously monitor stock position of individual stores to ensure that required inventory is available all the time and maintained in an organized manner
  • Provide customer feedback to Merchandising & Planning team in an organized manner
  • Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues
  • Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what competitors are doing, and actively look for potential new locations for retail expansion
  • Interact with mall managements & landlords as a representative of the organization
  • Present relevant reports to the management on regular basis
  • Any other task assigned by the Management.
