Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and maintained HumWell’s IT policies and SOPs with defined timelines working closely with other IT leaders.
Ensuring uptime of HumWell 24/7 Teleclinic services
Set the strategic direction — defining objectives, building the IT roadmap, and allocating the budget.
Synthesizing and reporting on IT infrastructure, development projects, security.
Evaluating new tools and technologies to lead transformation initiatives.
Building an idea management process for continuous improvement and feedback loops
Lead and perform capacity and resource planning for IT Team
Carry out the tasks assigned by the Supervisor/GM Operations as per agreed timelines throughout the year.
Develops and maintains emergency plans to address equipment, power, or security failure to ensure the preservation of technology and data

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferably in Telemedicine Industry
5-7 years of experience working in IT operations.
Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
A firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
Strong knowledge & understanding of WLAN, Internal VoIP, Conferencing, Printing, OS Support, Desk Support, Network Administrator, IT Infrastructure protocols & Cloud Computing and VoIP system.
