Key Responsibilities

  • 24x7 Application Monitoring
  • Incident Logging and Recording and tracking till closure
  • Maintaining Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management
  • Business Matrix development for Production Services
  • Ensuring successful delivery of production services
  • Schedule Maintenance notification
  • Problem Management and work proactively in case of any emergency situation and engage required resources for rectification
  • Monitoring and Tracking of Production Issues
  • Problem Management and root cause analysis

Knowledge, Skills and Personal Characteristics

  • Fresh resources from reputable institute with good CGPA and good understanding of Software Engineering , Databases , Algorithms and Programming Concepts
  • Familiarity with Solaris , Linux Platforms will be added Plus.

Specific Tools, Technologies or Equipment Skills

  • SQL, Database management tool like DB Visualizer or other db management tool, strong analytical skills,
  • Test Scenario definition and execution, Debugging of application, problem identification skills.
