Answer inbound calls from prospective customers based in the US
- Assist customers in acquiring the internet, television, phone, and home security systems separately or in package deals.
- Ensure all quality perimeters are met on every phone call.
- Attend all required training and keep up to date on product and services knowledge.
Qualification
Metric/ O-A Level / Intermediate or above
Job Specification:
- Exceptional English communication skills, leading to customer satisfaction and subsequently high conversion percentage.
- Self-motivated.
- Must possess excellent work ethics and flawless dependability.
