Calling applicants and conduct a short telephonic interviews daily by analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Scheduling shortlisted candidates for Face to Face interview
Conducting Face to Face Interviews when & where required.
Conducting computer assessments of shortlisted pool
Taking follow-ups on calls
Conducting role awareness sessions/Pre-NHT
Taking care of recruitment lab while efficiently coordinating with IT Department
Meeting required target of calls to close positions
Conduct reference and background checks
Maintaining records for applicants
Assisting line manager in all other recruitment activities
