- Networking and developing the portfolio of HR services
- Extracting and exploring the new business prospects related to HR services
- Managing, maintaining and corresponding with the clients along with attending the meetings
- Registration and representation on various HR Forums, bodies and associations along with the clients(where ever vendor registration is available)
- Leading and managing the team/subordinates as assigned
- Efficiently and effectively meeting business targets and prospects
- Reporting to the management regarding the outcomes and progress on frequent basis
