Internal Auditor / Reconciliation Expert

We are looking to add an Internal Auditor / Reconciliation Expert with extensive grip and hands-on experience to keep a minute eye on company’s financial transactions and keep track record of all income and expenses and make them reconcile at the month end to present it to the management.

Job Responsibilities:

Internal Auditor:

Evaluate the company’s compliance program

Develop, perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations were given by the top management

Evaluating information security and risk exposures

Reporting on risk management issues

Conduct audit testing of specified areas and report the issues and risk dimensions to the top management

Reviews and analyses business process to recommend solutions for improvement

Assists with special projects as needed in the areas of Accounts Receivables, Billing, Credit Management, and PayPal

Providing continuous guidance and advice regarding transactions issues and risk measurements

Doing transactional audit and reconciliation of transactions held for other departments

Anticipating emerging issues through data and security

Keep track of all expenses incurred through these mediums and ensuing these have been conducted in line with the policies and compliance

Identify the financial risk of the organization and gave alternate solutions to reduce risk

Access the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make a recommendation for improvement

Present findings in upper management in the form of reports and presentation

Responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of efficient operational procedures.

Reconciliation:

Monitoring, auditing and reconciliation of different company’s product transactions in line with the company’s goals and objectives

Performs reconciliations by examining and analyzing financial records and preparing journal entries as needed

Evaluate financial documents of company’s credit cards, PayPal, and other banking transactions and reconcile them on a monthly basis

Allocation of income and expenses to their respective GL head using QuickBooks

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Proven experience in the field of internal audit and reconciliation in the IT Industry

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

Hands-on experience in accounting software like Quick Books

Strong grip and understanding of credit cards, PayPal, and US Bank Statements

Person should be reliable and trustworthy

Strong grip in accounting standards, concepts, and financial statements

Attention to details is imperative

Sound independent judgment skills

Ability to manipulate a large amount of data and ability to analyze

and present a detailed report

Good understanding of fraud management techniques

Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines

Excellent communication skills

Excellent and comprehensive reporting techniques using standard using standard professional formats

Problem-solving and critical thinking

Eligibility Criteria:

Gender: Male/Female

Qualification: MBA Finance, M.COM, CIA, or Respective in Relevant Field

Experience: Min 3-5 Years of Professional Experience in Auditing, Fraud Management, Reconciliation, Risk Assessment
