Leading export sales and marketing department under the supervision of the Top Management
Building relationships with existing and new customers
Understanding, researching and developing the Bleached Cotton and Spun lace Nonwoven applications
Helping in establishing policies and procedures for the export sales & marketing department
Managing product development projects
Negotiating sales contracts with existing customers
Managing company certifications & compliance in-line with industry standards
Organizing and training personnel
Representing & executing setups at international expos
Producing marketing material for magazine print ads, emails, international and local expos and social media
Generating leads and cold-calling new customers for business opportunities
Liaising with export team to ensure timely and hassle-free shipments
Claims handling while keeping the best interest of the company in sight
