Construction Project Manager
A Large & reputed Ihsan ullah Construction Company (ICC) of Pakistan: Looking for a Candidate for the Position of Construction Project Manager (CPM) for project in D I Khan.
Qualification & Experience:
The Candidate Should be B.sc (Civil Engineering) from reputed Local/ foreign university. Qualified Candidate having 5 to 8 years of experience in Construction Project Management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all activities related to successful completion of the project including the following:
- Monitoring and coordination/liaison with the Project Consultant for design, process of tendering, bids evaluation, supervision of construction activities, quality and timely completion of project as per approved schedule of construction and standards/specifications.
- Verification of works and related assignments.
- With detailed understanding of project planning, site execution, schedule and budget management
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and Relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Term and Condition :
Age limit: 30 – 40
