职位介绍

The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to:

  •  Managing sales data, reporting sales and campaign results.
  •  Work with sales rvps. To motivate and drive performance of sales team.
  • Using internal data, along with market and competitor research, to help drive sales strategy and “hit the numbers”.
  • Work with ceo to creat and maintain a world-class sales culture, focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching..
  • Analyze performance metrics data and leverage it to effectively coach and develop the sales support team.
  • Provide support to divisional leadership (I.E. Rsm) as necessary.
  • Any other task given by ceo.

Qualification: 

  • Mba marketing from a reputable university.

Experience:  

  • At least 4 to 6 years in same department, candidate having experience in fmcg or any other reputable healthy cultural organization will be preferred.
